This website, ronaldkrichardson.com, is run by Ronald Richardson. Services described on it are offered by The EXIT Strategy LLC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Ronald Richardson and The EXIT Strategy LLC.

The short version

• We collect only what you type into our forms, plus the minimum technical data needed to keep the site running and free of spam.
• We use it to reply to you. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
• This site has no advertising or analytics trackers.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry from the Contact page, we collect what you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number (if you give one), the type of event or service, date, location, audience size, and your message.

Technical data. To limit spam and abuse, we keep a one-way scrambled (“hashed”) version of your IP address with each submission. We can’t turn it back into your IP address. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs, such as the pages requested and the time of each request.

Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people apart from automated bots. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To read and answer your inquiry, and to plan any engagement you ask about.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.
• To keep ordinary business records.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the site for us. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions, and delivers inquiry notifications to our email inbox. Our email provider stores those messages.
• Law enforcement or regulators, when the law requires it, or when it’s needed to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary signals or cookies to protect the site and run Turnstile.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records. Spam-protection data is deleted automatically within 24 hours, except for the hashed IP stored with a submission. Ask us and we’ll delete your information sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@ronaldkrichardson.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and submissions are stored with access limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This site is meant for adults and organizations. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
